無錫市錫山人民醫院新建工程

工程概況：
該項目位于無錫市錫東新城，錫東大道與大成路交界處，工程一期二標段總建筑面積57000m2。其中：地上建筑面積38000m2，地下建筑面積19000m2，建筑總高度為23.85m。項目按三級甲等醫院的規模和相關標準規范設置，一期主要為850張床位的門急診綜合樓、科研生活樓及配套輔助用房等，且全部按照與新城相符的綠色低碳理念進行施工。
The project is located at the junction of Xidong New City, Xidong Avenue and Dacheng Road in Wuxi, with a total construction area of 57,000 square meters for the second tender at the first phase of the project, of which the aboveground construction area is 38,000 square meters, underground construction area is 19,000 square meters, and the total building height is 23.85 meters. The project is built to be the size of a Grade III A Hospital as per related standards, and the first phase is mainly an 850-bed emergency building complex, a research and living building, and supporting buildings, all of which are built in accordance with the green and low-carbon philosophy compliant with the New City.
